Where mindful practice meets structured learning

Xasolilo started as a small experiment: could people scattered across different time zones genuinely learn contemplative practices together? Eight years later, that question has a practical answer - yes, if the structure is honest and the instruction is specific.

How we work

Three things that shape every session

Specific over general

Xasolilo does not offer broad wellness content. Sessions address particular practices - breathwork, focused attention, body-based regulation - with clear learning objectives and measurable skill development over time.

Focused breathwork session with guided instruction

Live instruction, not recordings

Every session runs with an instructor present. That means real-time feedback, questions answered in context, and adjustments made based on what participants actually report during the session - not a pre-recorded script.

Paths built around the learner

Xasolilo builds a learning path after an initial conversation about your current practice, available time, and specific aims. That path changes as you progress - nothing is fixed if your situation shifts.

Personalized learning path planning session

Different people, different needs

Xasolilo works with three distinct kinds of participants. The platform is structured so each of them gets something genuinely useful - not a one-size approach with a different label on it.

Individual learner

Private sessions at your pace

For people who want focused one-on-one time with an instructor. You set the schedule, the instructor adapts to your current level, and sessions stay focused on what you are actually working on - not a preset curriculum.

Wiranti Setiabudi "Having a fixed time each week made the difference. The sessions are short but the instructor always knows exactly where I left off."
Instructor

Teaching across time zones

Xasolilo's instructors come from established practice backgrounds and go through a structured onboarding process before leading sessions. They are supported with scheduling tools, session notes, and learner progress data - so they can focus on teaching rather than administration.

Dafydd Moreaux "The platform handles the logistics. I spend my time on the actual work - understanding where each learner is and adjusting accordingly."
Group participant

Learning alongside others

Group sessions run with a fixed participant limit - typically 8 to 12 people - so the instructor can still give meaningful attention to individuals. The group format works well for practices where shared experience adds something that solo work does not.

Small group mindfulness session with participants from multiple countries

Groups are kept small enough that you are not anonymous - the instructor knows your name and your practice history from the first session.
