Xasolilo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its platform to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("DMCA Policy") describes how Xasolilo responds to claims of copyright infringement and outlines the procedures for submitting and responding to such claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
1. Notification of Claimed Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through the Xasolilo platform infringes one or more of your copyrights, you may submit a written notification ("Takedown Notice") to our designated copyright agent. Your Takedown Notice must include all of the following elements to be considered valid:
1.1 Required Elements of a Takedown Notice
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works is acceptable.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Xasolilo to locate the material on the platform. Providing URLs or specific locations where the content can be found is strongly recommended.
Information reasonably sufficient to permit Xasolilo to contact you, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
All Takedown Notices must be submitted to our designated copyright agent using the contact information below. Notices submitted by any other means may not receive a timely response.

3. Our Response to Valid Notices
Upon receipt of a valid and complete Takedown Notice, Xasolilo will take the following steps:
We will review the notice to confirm it meets all statutory requirements. Incomplete or defective notices will not be processed until corrected information is provided.
If the notice is valid, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing content that the material has been removed or disabled, and provide that user with a copy of the Takedown Notice where appropriate.
We will maintain records of all valid notices received and actions taken in response.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification ("Counter-Notice") to our designated copyright agent. Your Counter-Notice must include the following:
4.1 Required Elements of a Counter-Notice
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant legal authority and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original Takedown Notice or an agent of that person.
5. Processing of Counter-Notices
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, Xasolilo will forward a copy of the Counter-Notice to the original complaining party and inform them that the removed material may be restored or access re-enabled after a waiting period, unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
Xasolilo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restore or not restore the removed content based on the circumstances of each case and applicable legal requirements.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
Xasolilo maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of more than one valid Takedown Notice. Xasolilo reserves the right to determine what constitutes a repeat infringement and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or permanent termination, without prior notice.
7. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a Takedown Notice or Counter-Notice may subject you to liability, including damages, costs, and attorneys' fees. Before submitting a notice or counter-notice, you should carefully consider whether your claim is made in good faith and is legally supported.
Xasolilo will not be liable to any party for any good-faith action taken in response to a Takedown Notice or Counter-Notice, including removal of content that is later determined not to be infringing.
8. Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures
Xasolilo accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works. We are committed to working cooperatively with rights holders to protect intellectual property on our platform.
9. Modifications to This Policy
Xasolilo reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
